“We understand your concerns about reserving your holiday home in the midst of the COVID-19 Virus travel restrictions. If the FCO (or international equivalent) has established a travel advisery against “all but essential travel” or the government imposes travel restrictions to your destination we will work to offer alternative dates for your reservation or offer a refund up to 30 days before your reservation start date. Travellers are advised to keep up to date with the FCO travel advice for the country they are departing from and travelling to. If travel restrictions have been temporarily lifted, but then are reinstated again within 30 days of your reservation start date, we will work to try to find a solution for alternative dates.
